Bovenkerk Grand Prix 2018-10-02

I made the way it looked in the 1980's.
It is not intended to be authentic, but I made it a fantasy race track.

* Made new, higher kerbs
* Changed the advertising
* Build turn 8 ( Roda'23) completely new
* New horizon
* Café at the first corner (as in real)
* New road signs (Bovenkerk etc)
* Small changes like fences, driveline, etc
