Before installing this mod, you must first install the F1 2024 Decennial Anniversary Edition Mod 3.0.0 by

copy folder in the database 11 teams to the folder where you installed your f1 game
and secondly, just select the livery you want in the f1 livery fantasy team folder then copy the f1 2014 folder files to the folder where you installed the f1 2014 game
done..!!!
