The Satsuma is already built upgraded and ready to race in the rally. I haven't beat on it so all parts should be in good shape. There should be lots of money saved up something like 52000 or something like that The money suit case should be by the rest of the vehicles. The Rusco is unlocked and full of gas as is the van, Satsuma, and the tanker.
