OP Redbull which never runs out of fuel and ERS 1.1 Working

Hi Fellow Members of the modding community,
Today I introduce to you the Over-Powered Red Bull Which Never runs out of fuel or ERS(Maybe Sometimes, but is easily rechargeable). You may tinker with this mod as it only affects the Red Bull's performance.
