Here is a Stock V8 2017 "Ultimate" Fantasy Team.
This includes 2 car skins, gloves, helmets, suits and Pit box. The helmets are very basic just to avoid the default one.
The drivers are Felipe Nasr and Pipo Derani.
Extract and copy/paste the folder in:
Gamedata/Vehicles/Stockv8_2017/
