1999 Mod (F1 2013) Issue

Is There Meant To Be 3 Cars In The Car Installation Folder
When I Dragged And Dropped Them There Is No Tracks Folder For The Cars It Says It Dose Not Exist
And When I Load It The Cars Are Black And You Cannot Load A Bloody Race
Nobody Is Taking Me Seriously And Im Just Peed
