If you want to get this mod working, you have to install and activate Traffic Planner Tool.

Then, you can install this mod manually. ACP quattro is a well designed map and very fun to drive, but more fun now Full traffic has been added to all roads with the help of the Traffic Planner Tool.

Tested and Working Version

This is the checked and cleared version of Real Monaco Traffic settings. The ideal number of traffic cars is 50-150. Also, please control your map version. Right version of map is vbeta8.
