Add on "wet mod" for Macinaggio, new Corsican rally track - To complete "macinaggio" new rally track in Corsica from JCRR

After Porto-Piana and Muracciole-Vezzani I created a third Corsican rally track : Macinaggio-Ersa which is a legendary track in the north of the island. It has been run for 50 years during the rally: Ronde de la Giraglia.

This track is available in the shop of the CorsicaSimRacing site, here

I propose here an addon which includes all the files to add to the macinaggio track to make it work in the rain...
