AI Crashes and mistakes

Hi, everyone! I have one question. For me, the crashes and the mistakes of the cars are too many, in every race I have four or five crash or mistakes by AI. And this is good except that always pilots like Alonso, Vettel, Hamilton commits mistakes and so in every race I have Alonso or Vettel or Hamilton or Button retired and sometimes (like in Montecarlo or Valencia) even all together.
So, I want to know how to lower the AI mistakes, crashes and the number of entry of Safety Car so I will have a more real championship.
