Exactly, they can be faster in general or not, but the team will guarantee they are faster every day in every condition.

I think "Best driver" discussions are made of fail. There's no way you can compare two peoples natural abilities. Senna was passionate about his driving. That makes a good driver.

Not exactly team orders, but when someone knows they are taking a back seat in the team (Barrichello in Ferrari) regardless of their abilities, they will be de-moralised and won't have confidence.
