If it's only a car then the title shouldn't be called a "team" mod. It's only a car so "Army F1 Car" sounds better. But it's only my opinion. You do whatever you want ,afterall you are the author of the mod.

I found it! The textures_low folder has the skin, but the textures_high has that WIP skin which he showed in the WIP thread
