Auto Clutch vs Manual Clutch

Is there a time penalty for using Auto Clutch like there is in Iracing ? in iracing you would lose time with every upshift, is this the case in GSC 2012 ?

In GSC I believe there was a penalty for auto gearchange but not for auto clutch, it's probably the same for GSC2012 but we can no longer see the hdv file.
