But to answer your very brief question it will depend on what your price range is and if you require FFB or not.
Personally I use the MS wheel and love it because it had FFB and is cheap enough for me to replace when i break them (and i do break them, 3 so far since September 2011)
But if you have lots of money to throw around then buy a Fanatec CSR or Elite. They will be supported for years and years to come (unlike the MS wheel is today)

FFB not an issue? MadCatZ will work, not sure of reliability personally.
Don't buy a Datel 270... they are no longer supported on xbox.

Quite a few of us on the RD Forza community are rolling with the Fanatec CSR wheel. You can get a bundle with pedals starting from €249. They are fantastiche!!! Buying one will make you as quick as Karl!
