das steht in der readme datei drinnen
aber hier für dich nochmal die anleitung:

Wie Installiere ich den Skin?
Kopiere die .dds Datei aus der .zip Datei in den Ordner
.../SteamLibary/steamapps/common/Ptoject CARS 2/Vehicles/Textures/CostumLiveries
und ersetze die alte .dds Datei.
