Released BTB X Packs

I have installed BTB and it is a joy to use, but I am stuck with the old X Packs, where can I download new X packs from, before I could have downloaded them from Race Department, but no more. Need help I would like to be a part of the wide growing track building community for Richard Burns Rally (rbr). The old X Packs are to limited, please point me in the right direction.
