But that is not the question is it I have never tried it myself. Is there a gamefolder/locations in the root MS7X??

i thought that for the demo you dont install steam therefor its GTRE is not going to a steam folder. folderstructure will be different i guess

try to search for the install folder and check for locations folder but probably it isnt there.....

had to install steam / there is a steamapps folder, but no gamedata folder

i bought the game on disc & will install the CTDP F1 mod. the disc arrives next week.
