Heck yeah Canada has a Rally Championship! Pat Richards and Antoine L'Estage are Canadian rallyists, and probably the two best drivers in North America, aside from Higgins who was imported

L'Estage won all 3 of the largest championships in North America last year: Rally America, US Rally Championship, and the Canadian Rally Championship. I keep expecting him to make the move overseas, but North American rally is mostly overlooked, and is much different than the FIA based series.
