Cannot compete in race against unknown vehicle

I am currently in a session with a few drivers of which one is a sardine-can-car (the one you see when a car isnt loaded). However this vehicle is loaded when I entered the room but it still gives this error in the chatwindow: Cannot compete in race against unknown vehicle

What does that mean?

It is surely this!
They have to use xUI if they don't want problem... (there is a tutorial here on the forum)
But you can't do anything, unless you could get the skins they use...
