This is a stable setup designed to mitigate excess power on oversteer on corner exit. Rather than dramatic changes in any one setting, I made subtle changes to a number of settings that can help with excess power on oversteer so if you want to experiment/learn/tweak then just compare this setup to the default setup and, for example, if too stable then just pick a setting and make it a click in the direction of the default.
