Confused :S - Where is my tech preview? (I own nKP)

Hi all. I'm a little confused by all the information on the Tech Preview. I own nKP which I understand will allow me access to the tech preview but I can't seem to find any official info from Kunos regarding this so can someone explain to me what's going on?

at the moment only press and such people have access... but should be available for us nkplers soon... some say tommorow or at least at the weekend...
then I think it is on the assetto corsa site...
they need to change the site so that the license system is there and so on...
