Course en Legends Cars - Circuit de Pau-Arnos ?

I just watched the video,and the cars and track look like a blast to drive on. I remember these from Iracing I think, and they were pretty much club racing cars.
I looked around though and they don't seem to be talked about much anywhere I can find.
Is there more info about them somewhere?
I did see mention of them at j3DModding, but its all in french.

I have downloaded those Legends cars and used them. They are good. They were a free download on a site where there are pay mods too. I think this'll do it: ***********
I dunno where that track is from though. Looks good.
