Custom setups change settings on the wheel as well?

Just downloaded and used custom build setups from other players for the first time in iRacing. I noticed that it changes the steeringforce of my wheel compared to my own setups. However I can't see any visual changes in the options menu?

Am I going crazy?

No your not. However i can see changes in mine mate as if i download one its very loose or something i can see they have the ffb different its either that or as its an unsaved setup it puts things back to default i am not sure

caster mostly makes the difference, if you change it from +5 to +10 it is like you doubled FFB in options ;-)
