Editing track side banners

I would like to edit the banners around the track, how do i go about this and wich programs can i use for this.

MAS editor for RF. Then Photoshop or any other picture editing software. Then use MAS again to pack the track .mas file with the advert/banners you edited. Once you get in the swing of it is quite quick and easy to do. Sometimes the mas file don't re-pack correctly, but you'll get an error warning, so just do it again until it's packed correctly. Where exactly can i actually find the mas editor for rf?

You should be able to find it by just typing it into Google, I know you probably already done that, but that's how I would have found it I'm sure.
