F1 2011 F430 steering wheel reaction lag

I am still looking for a tweek to have a better response time between my steering movements and the reaction in the game. Actually I have a lag of at least half a second between the hardware and the reaction on the screen.

The cars are undrivable, especially in Monaco and Singapore, where the reaction must be very quick..

Does somebody have an answer to my problem? I hope so!

Would appreciate any help...

My rigg: Dell XPS700, DualCore 3.7MHz, 4GB Ram, Nvidia GTS250 Graphic card, Thrustmaster F430 Racing Wheel

I was thinking of getting the F430 for my second simrig setup, please do let me know if you have found the solution. I might need to switch my attention to another steering if it doesnt work out of the box with F1 2011. Thanks.
