It's difficult to play with the "region" and shaders and maybe it can be better...
As ever it's a .mas file to be placed in the "1.15" folder and have the icons for the new UI and drivers names.If there is an update the mas is to be placed in the new folder .

Was just coming to ask this. I tried to install skins into rF2 before and it never worked. I didnt have a "1.15" folder so i had no idea where to put these. I do have "1.55" though so i'll test that. Cheers.

BTW can i delete the "1.54" folder completely or is it needed for the sim?
