French track and night mod

Hi guys, I've been looking for a moment now two elements for race 07.
I would like to find the vigeant circuit, otherwise known as the Circuit of Val de Vienne.
secondly I would like to find a "night shopping" mode to make shopping more "enduring"

If you know where I can find this, thank you in advance, I am more than a prenner!
