Game won't start with SOL and CSP 1.69 and higher

Hello. I installed latest SOL and followed the instructions. But after starting the game with CSP 1.69 and SOL will appear this error

And if try CSP 1.70 or higher i get this

I've already tried checking the game files through the steam, it did nothing
Any solutions?
