Cars graphycally "swapping" engine ?

Well I would love, if possible, to change (only for my personal use) the the graphycal/visual layout of the engine of my old favorite mod f1_1971 (see pictures) with a better version of it from a new mod or from kunos lotus 72d (see pictures following posts)
I do not know if and how it could be possible; I hope i could be just "swapping" a file

looking at these pictures, may I ask you if it's easy to swap graphycally the tyres of the first picture (tyrrell 002) with the tyres of the third (kunos lotus 72d) ?
