GSC 2013 much different to GSC 2012?

So i played the 60 minute demo but since its been a while before that since i last played GSC 2012 the difference between the two wasnt obvious to me hence why im asking whats the difference?
These days i play my sims casually, baring that in mind would a GSC 2013 purchase be advisable or just stick to 2012?
Obviously if there are big improvements in 2013 id buy it.

Given the low cost, and given the additional cars and work done to the original cars, yes, I'd definitely recommend it+ they plan to release more cars as DLC...
