GTR3 Mustang question

I've really been enjoying the GTR3 class with all of the cars to choose from. I've noticed in my recent races that there are Mustangs with liveries besides the purple ones. Does that mean that we will be able to purchase new skins for the Mustang?

Possibly.
But just because you can see liveries doesn't mean you can get them.
The AI uses all available liveries, but some of these are prizes for competitions, and others are 'hidden' liveries that aren't released for some reason.
