Huge issue - help please

So I am home and since this morning I can't connect to www.racedepartment.com any raceroom website and the game it self has error 101.
Reseted router, installed new R3E + steam tried multiple browsers and laptops talked with provider and on their end router works fine etc..
All other websites are good and also so far ACC.
Reseted cash, temp files and did some cleaning cmd found on the internet also a tracker.
I can't change IP address and provider told me there is nothing they can do....

Any ideas....?thank you

I have no ideas.
Few secs ago I just tried launching the game. And no problems.
My completely unqualified guess is that you have got something nasty into your puter.

The only advise-ish is to try to ping Racerooms server to see if there is something there - because if other Steam games does run ok then your connection to Steam sounds ok.

For what it's worth, I did a fair amount of racing in 3RE yesterday without a hiccup.

somehow it was from them, not secure websites......pff...
