Inbox/Alerts Ribbon

In the past, when I scroll down the page, the inbox/alerts ribbon would stay at the top of my browser. For a while now (a couple months?) it disappears off the top with the rest of the page. A little annoying in that I have to scroll back to the top to view my alerts.
