Is there any way to change the front window texture?

I would like to make maybe a sunstrip or text on the windshield.

I have Uae and there it is a .43 file witch i dont know how to retexture.

You can't retexture .43 files. There actually is a mod on this website (https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/plugin-more-stickerable-windows.14499/) that allows you to add stickers on multiple windows.
