PC2 Language settings

I did not find an option to change the language in the game, and got German even though the preconfigured nationality was British. Can anyone please guide me to the option? Had to think for a minute what Stabilisatoren should be, well ARB, am just used to English words in sims.

Right click on pcars in steam. There's a language tab under properties.
