Lotus back in 2010 ?

Radio 5 just announced on the 9oclock news that Lotus will take the 13th spot in F1 next season, thats all they said, anyone know anymore ?

Thanks, interesting FIA now want 28 cars on the grid, that would be awesome, back to how it was 20 years ago.

For sure, the return of Lotus is some of the best news for F1 in a long time. It will be great having decent sized grids again too

Fia is considering 28 cars on the grid.
For now Sauber will be the first reserve team.
And so there will be 24 cars on the grid.

I personaly would love to see 28 cars on the grid.
