Missing Vehicles

I just purchased GSC 2013, but don't see any other vehicles besides the V8's. In the GameData folder, they are all there, but they don't show up under the menu within the game.

On the main menu there are arrows to the left and right; click them. Fooled a lot of us, myself included.
