Back in 2006 Frank.ff did a fantastic job in merging the GTR and GTL versions of Monza to Moinza10km.
But due to the tools at that time he lost all advanced shader effects of the GTL version.
So I restarted this project and rebuild Monza10k baesed on the GTR2...
