Moza R9 Broken?

This thing overheated yesterday. It was around 60 C temperature. It decreased power on me so after finishing the race I went to bed. Today I realized that the power is not back up. It feels like I'm driving a 1-2 NM wheel.

After playing for 15min the thing got really hot (60 C again) despite being run at lower forces.

It's certainly not because of the game settings. When turning the wheel past the 540 degree limit, it should resist with a lot more strength than it does now. That feature is controlled by the Moza software.

It's a used wheel so I can't send it back to anyone. Any idea what I can do? Is it broken?
