Need advice for 60fps on a potato

Hi there guys I need some advice. I would like to play ACC on 60fps. With 30 cars. And nice graphics. But I can't seem to reach more than 7 fps on low settings now. My specs:

One large potato with integrated 1,2 watt PSU, oven baked low fat
Suit case storage, 30 liters, portable
Lost my memory unfortunately, need a solution for that as well
Logimaster GTF1 steering wheel from Ali Express (no pedals - press T for throttle)

So I was wondering if people here could share their settings so I can see if there is some fps left to gain somewhere. I couldn't find the answer myself because when I search for Google on DuckDuckGo all I get is my Edge browser suggesting to use Bing. I also tried digging holes on the farmers land for a fresh potato but he wasn't too happy with that.

So any suggestion is welcome. By the way, the settings need to work on VR as well because of future plans.

If you cannot now achieve more than 7 FPS on low settings, then you'll need to drink lots and lots of rum....sleep heavily.... and dream that you made 60 FPS.
It is the only way.
