Need tip, racing holiday.

Summer is getting closer, and I'm looking into things to do.
Had some ideas, but then I got to thinking if there is any way of having a vacation where I could drive fast and learn something.
So do you guys know of places to go? Some kind of racing school or something like that. Nordschleife is obvious, so need to mention that.

(I might be a bit late to book something this year, but there's always next year.)
