not getting FFB from my New VRS wheel base (Assetto corsa)

hello racers
i am not sure what is it that i am doing wrong , but i cant seem to get any ffb from my wheel
i can only test in assetto corsa .
vrs wheel tool settings :
900 rotation
max force 70
smoothing 1
damping 10 (tried both game effect and device effect only)
friction 0 (tried both game effect and device effect only)
inertia 0(tried both game effect and device effect only)
spring 0 (tried both game effect and device effect only)
in game setting
gain 100
everything else is zero
ABS 5%
