I've had the same happen to me, my savegame was corrupted. Editing the savefiles didn't help, I had to start a new game to fix it.

i can help you guys heres some solutions:1.check if battery is dead and you can do that with battery charger if its all the way to the right that means is ded. 2: check all of your electricity lines on car you might do it wrong or missing. 3: check ignition if it has any electricity cable behind it check your alternator if your battery dying fast while driving
