One driver being slow

Anthony Davidson in the F1 2008 Mod will not go above about 50mph. It's not an issue with the car, as his team-mate is fine. I even drove his car myself, and it worked as intended. Yet when the AI gets its hands on it, the thing drives like the pit limiter is on.

The rcd talent file for Anthony seems to be OK so it may be best to get help from the original modder.
