Premium Status

I did the upgrade to Premium but my download speeds are still as slow as when I was non premium. Every other site downloads just fine but I'm at about 200kbps on here. I've already contacted my ISP (Comcast) and they state they aren't blocking downloads or throttling the connection to the site. Faster downloads was my sole reason for upgrading to Premium and there's not any improvement. Suggestions?

Hi Dave, sorry to hear you have no joy from your membership and are experiencing problems. Checking with your ISP is the only thing we can suggest as the D/L speeds are lightning fast for most users so there must be a bottleneck somewhere causing these issues for you.

If you can send me your transaction ID from paypal in PM i'll make sure you receive a full refund (if your purchase was within 180 days) as we don't want unhappy premium members.
