Premium Upgrade Purchase

Hi all,

I did not know where to submit this topic, but it is stupid. I wanted to upgrade my account to premium (i still do) on the other hand PayPal have taken their service off from my country (Turkey) so i can not make the purchase. Is there another way i could upgrade my account?
