Problem: Low top Speed

Hi all,
my problem is that any f1 mod I use with any possible setup never reach 300km/h.
I've been racing online with friends, with same car, same circuit. same setup and they get 25-30 kms/h more than me. I can't find the problem. I use a g27, as my friend. I don't know what to do.
Anyone with same problem?

First thing that comes to my mind: did you check your throttle pedal input? Maybe it is not calibrated well and you are not getting max throttle when pressing pedal to the fullest.
Another possibility is that you are not using DRS?
