problem starting rfactor

hi people, got a bit of a problem with my game, every time i try to start it up, it comes up with, please insert the correct dvd-rom, and rfactor is in the tray. any help would be a appreciated, thanks.......

sounds like the disc isen`t being read, have you tried cleaning it?

i now Gary lennon had this problem, you might have to resort to using a no cd crack.
