PC1 Project cars game crashing problems

Hi guys . Ive seen this problem on other boards and wondered if anyone is experiencing these situations. I was racing in Monza in career mode having a blast in qualy then my screen turned black and threw me back to dashboard. Thought i would load up again and it happened a furthur 3 times. I haven't come across a issue like this and ive had the game since friday. Does anyone have any ideas, seems like a common problem for a few already

I saved a reply of my first win on the game but everytime i try to view it it crashes back to dashboard
