Query regarding online registration

Hi there! I have a question about the game rather than the season itself: I'm not able to register myself, an error that also occurred on my GTR2 and later I found out that their servers were updated and I needed a patch.

Is there any solution for that for GTL? So that I can register online and get access to the matchmaker.
