Quick navigation to main page problem

After some change the RaceDepartment logo is no longer visible top of page all the time when reading posts or browsing forums. In order to quickly navigate to front page I have to scroll to the top of the page and click RaceDepartment text when visible.

RaceDepartment text was earlier minimized to RaceDepartment logo when scrolling page down and clicking the logo opened main page. Is this intentional?
